About lori

Encountering Jesus at the age of ten, Lori began a pursuit of knowing Him and being known by Him, particularly experiencing His presence One-on-one in worship. That pursuit has continued as she discovered the joy of connecting others with Him through service as a Worship Pastor in both mega and small churches and is committed to building bridges across denominational lines and generations. Lori has taught music and worship to all ages, including 15 years at William Jessup University in Rocklin, CA, and has received advanced degrees in both music and ministry, including a DMin as a Randy Clark Scholar with doctoral research focused on how God wants to transform us through our intimate connection with Him in worship.

Currently serving as the founder of Worship Transforms—a ministry committed to equipping all people to understand their identity and authority as worshipers and to be transformed as we daily accept God’s invitation to worship Him in every aspect of life—a local worship pastor, business entrepreneur, and writer, Lori also travels and Zooms as a minister, speaker, and worship leader to churches & international gatherings. Her authenticity in worship, humor, and intimacy with God regularly leads people to experience breakthroughs of all kinds as they encounter God’s dynamic presence.

Married to her best friend for over 30 years, Lori and Eric reside in the Bay area and are blessed with five children including two adopted from Ethiopia, four grand-boys, a crazy Cockapoo, and five chickens.
